IFPHA provides real help in real-time by reaching out to our underserved communities through monthly community meetings that focus attention on routine blood pressure and glucose checks. We facilitate independent living assessments as well as health screenings to detect health issues early. We encourage and support individualized weight management, fitness routines, beneficial stress relief, healthy eating, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
